Vizsla Water Zoomies
Riley always tends to go a little nuts around water and gets what we like to call the "zoomies" or the "crazies". Here is an example of her typical reaction to water. This was filmed on a hike this morning at Santa Teresa Park. :)
LOVE IT! This is one of my absolute favorite things about a vizsla... Luna still does them and she is 4, and I still smile and fully encourage them. You will be hard pressed to find a dog that is her size and can keep up. Wyatt our lab loves water more than her even, and will look longingly at the river if I don't let him go over and dunk in, even in the winter, and then comes out hopping and jumping around all wound up.
